The number of Sponsors we have at our events are strictly limited. In terms of overall event attendance, Impact Five Group events normally have between 10-15% Sponsors/Vendors. There is an absolute cap of 20%. We keep the percentages balanced this way, as our experience has shown this balance delivers optimum value for all parties. We want our sponsors to be visible, not to be lost in a sea of exhibition stands. We want our sponsors to network, and ultimately to sell, to interested delegates. Our delegates need to be interested in your product or solution, not overwhelmed by too many providers and overt selling. This necessity to maintain quality for all parties is fundamental to the RSB Event success.
Regarding concrete sponsorship opportunities, these are varied and adaptable to your specific needs. We take a “pick n’ mix” philosophy to our Sponsorship packages; we find the traditional categories of gold, silver and bronze packages limiting and a little old-fashioned. As our sponsor, you will be directing what you want and what you need, and we will be here to facilitate your requirements. You have the freedom to choose and create your own sponsorship package from the myriad options – both traditional such as exhibition booths and key-notes, to the more directional leading of social media discussions and multi-media promotion.
